Accessibility statement for the Raskassarja online store

This is the accessibility statement of Finnish RK-Group Oy (Raskassarja). It applies to the online store raskassarja247.fi and was prepared on 29 October 2026.

The online store is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019). Under the Act, online stores serving consumers have had to meet the accessibility requirements since 28 June 2025.

The accessibility of the service has been assessed by an external expert organisation, Trimedia Oy.

We publish accessibility information for products whenever the manufacturer or importer has provided it to us. The information is shown in its own section on the product's page. If the manufacturer or importer has not provided the information, we cannot show it in the online store.

General description of the service

In the Raskassarja online store you can browse and order spare parts and supplies for heavy vehicles and manage your own customer details. The service is open to everyone: browsing and buying products does not require registration. Following your orders requires signing in with a customer account. Our customer service and branches help with any questions about using the service by email and by phone.

The online store is available around the clock on the most common browsers, including on phones and tablets. Orders can be collected from a branch of your choice or delivered. Orders are paid with the payment methods provided by Paytrail, and contract customers can also pay by invoice.
